  1. Hearing Examiner - Open Record Appeal Hearing

    An appeal has been filed by Preserve Providence Heights of the City’s Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS) issued March 28, 2018, associated with the application for a demolition permit filed by Plateau Campus, LLC to demolish buildings on the City Church campus at 4441 228th Ave SE, also known as Providence Heights or Plateau Campus. [Permit # DEM17-00002, SEP17-00004]

    The appeal will go before the Hearing Examiner at 9 a.m. on June 4, 2018 in the Council Chambers, 135 E Sunset Way. The complete record of the MDNS can be viewed at the permit center, 1775 12th Avenue NW, during normal business hours.
